To carry on the Survey, Research and development related to gathering, accumulating,
organizing, tabulating, managing, obtaining, collecting, acquisition, all types of
information, data, statistics, computer based or otherwise information systems and data
bases and library and information sciences, both in the form and nature in which the
same may be so gathered, accumulated, organized, tabulated, obtained, imported,
acquired, collected or purchased and also in all types of modified forms, formats, manner
and nature.

To provide and promote equal opportunities for education to people from all strata of the
society by providing concessions, scholarships and assistance to children from poor, needy
and deserving families & establish vocational training centers for promotion of gender
equality women empowerment, empowering men and women of weaker sections of society
to become self-reliant by training them on Information & Communication Technology , etc.

rural development etc. To run and establish library and reading rooms for needy people.
Opens schools and colleges for the needy people to promote quality education, and
assistance in the activities that involves Agriculture, organic farming, also conduct kisan
training and assist in seva Kendra. Organize trainings and workshops for farmers to help
them in promoting organic farming, new agriculture techniques.
